Where will my digital items go? 

Digital items (coloring pages, icon sets, printable box, zine pdfs) will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase. 

 

I'm going to recieve these products, right?

Any purchase you make on this store is a preorder. If we don't meet sales goals, physical orders will be refunded. If you ordered a physical + digital bundle, you will be refunded only the cost of the physical items. Digital items will still be distributed.

 

I change my mind, I don't want what I ordered anymore. May I have a refund?

These types of refunds will only be issued during the zine preorder period. There will be no refunds after this period unless we don't meet sales goals. 

If you ordered something during the digital only sale period after preorders, and change your mind about wanting it, you may request a refund as long as digital items have not yet been distributed. 

 

How can I stay up to date on what's happening with the project?

Keep an eye on our project socials, Twitter and Tumblr. There, you can find the most current information - celebrations of creepy occurrences, order fulfillment status, and any other news! Feel free to lurk or say hello as well. 

 

What happens to profits from this project?

We previously misreported that this project is soley for charity. It is actually a 50/50 split between charity and profit!

 

I've moved since placing my order. How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address by emailing the project at [email protected].  Make sure to include your name, your order number, your old address, and your new address in the email. If you know you will be moving by the time an order is shipped but you're uncertain what your new address will be, please indicate as much in the notes section of your order.
